Katharine Evans was extremely supportive whilst handling my accident at work claim responded to emails in a timely manner and also when I asked her to call me she did which in this day an age is a plus which is great because sometimes you just need to speak to the person behind the email when you have questions you need answering and when you do not understand the legal jargon and want it explaining
I would have no hesitation in using this legal firm if I ever needed them again in the future which resulted in winning the claim!

accident at work
After an accident at work I was put into contact with easthams solicitors about claiming for my loss of wages, Katherine has been upfront and honest about what was happening every step of the way and got me a payout to cover my loss. If the worse was to happen again I would definatly use again.

Excellent Service
Katharine was the solicitor who worked with me at the last phase of my case and also the lawyer who had been in touch with me most. All the lawyers in the firm did a good job in achieving the success of my injury claim. Katharine has been in touch with the opponents and pushing them within all her boundaries to get my compensation. Above and beyond
Katharine recently worked on a no win no fee case for me, I found the firm from a google search. From the onset they were open and seemed confident that they thought I had good grounds to make a successful claim after an accident.
There has been a lot of evidence gathering and medical report, MRI required but Katherine has always kept me updated on progress and next steps of the case.
The process has taken around twelve months to reach a final offer that I have accepted, but Katharine has worked hard to achieve a good settlement.
Many thanks and much appreciated, I would recommend Katharine and this firm and definitely use again if required.
