Katharine Evans was extremely supportive whilst handling my accident at work claim responded to emails in a timely manner and also when I asked her to call me she did which in this day an age is a plus which is great because sometimes you just need to speak to the person behind the email when you have questions you need answering and when you do not understand the legal jargon and want it explaining
I would have no hesitation in using this legal firm if I ever needed them again in the future which resulted in winning the claim!

Have got nothing but good things to say about the firm. They went above and beyond with regards to my personal injury claim. Fantastic customer service who were prompt and helped me to understand the process every step of the way they also got me physiotherapy which helped my recovery massively and they won my case !

Amazing support given throughout selling my property, when queried some documentation Kim immediately contacted me to explain what I needed to do. Buyers solicitor causing some delays so Adele made contact to speed things up. Very approachable and easy to speak to, would definitely recommend this firm

Having recently completed a particularly complex property purchase, I can say with complete confidence that the service I received from Debra and Harriet at Easthams was nothing short of exceptional. As someone who has purchased several properties over the years, I’ve experienced a wide range of solicitors – but none have matched the responsiveness, accessibility, and sheer professionalism that Debra and Harriet provided throughout this transaction.
There were challenges along the way, but they navigated each one with skill and clarity, always keeping me well-informed and ahead of the process. Absolutely fantastic result from Easthams, I had the lovely Kendall help me through a case that's lasted almost 3 years, she was very flexible, understanding and always assured me she was on my side. The service I received from Nickola Banks and her team was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way by post, email and telephone conversations. Every time Nickola or a member of her team phoned me they were always polite, patient, professional, friendly and informative.
I would like to thank Nickola and her team for all the hard work they did to get me the best compensation possible for my dislocated thumb claim. As the compensation is on a provisional basis should my condition deteriorate I would have every faith in them to again get me the best compensation possible. I would also have no hesitation in recommending to my family and friends.

After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.
I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
