My first purchase
We've just got our first property. It was a bit of a bumpty ride, as there were some works to be carried out before the property could be secured, which delayed the whole process but we got there in the end, it was no one's fault. My team was amazing, Amy and Ryan followed back with all the updates and were swift with all the paperwork. Thank you guys and I highly recomend them for anyone who decides to venture into the property market.

Very impressed
We had a great experience with PM lawyers from initial instruction to completion. Amy, Annie and their teams were so always so friendly and personable to talk to. They were very thorough all through the process, documents etc. They were always very quick to communicate with us when needed.

Very impressed
PM lawyers handled our case really well from initial instruction right through to completion. They were always very friendly and personable during discussions, particularly Annie, Amy and their teams. They were extremely thorough when dealing with all paperwork and requests and quick to respond to questions.

Neglected for months, then slow progress. Do not use
For the first 8 weeks there was good progress and regular communication except for multiple mistakes with shared inboxes and wrong email addresses used. After that I couldn’t speak to my solicitor for weeks, sometimes 4 weeks in a row with no communication. Then I would finally hear from them and no progress had been made. My case was neglected for weeks. The entire thing took over 7 months. After 5 months I was changed to a different lawyer who was a lot better but seemed to have no urgency in their work. Continually taking days to resolve simple matters that in the end I had to step in and solve. The long delays led to huge issues with my lender that nearly led to the sale falling through. Constant excuses and saying “it’s not my fault” despite charging me £1000s for their service. Horribly dissatisfied. Would urge anyone to not use this company. Probably the worst paid service I have ever experienced.
