My case was initially delayed due to starting with a different team but once it was placed with Amy things moved more quickly. I found Amy’s team responsive and helpful about my enquiries. When I rang, someone was always available to take my call and most of my questions could be answered straight away. Ryan was particularly helpful when we were dealing with issues with the vendor’s solicitors and provided honest and clear advice about the next steps forward. This felt very helpful and supportive in a stressful time.

Great Value!
After looking for quotes for the purchase of a leasehold property, my broker recommended PM Property Lawyers. The quote provided was significantly cheaper than all of those I had searched for and I wasn't disappointed! PM were efficient, updates provided via an app, good communication, always available via the phone and the paperwork/info needed was straight forward. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent from start to finish
Amy and Ryan were both great!
As a first time buyer I was admittedly clueless to the process and had plenty of questions. They were both always happy to help with patience and a warm yet professional tone!

Purchase only
My purchase was linked to a lengthy probate and exceptional circumstances. Moving house can be stressful, however Amy and Ryan supported with getting the sale over the line! Thanks again PM Law.
