I recently used Alex at WGA for the sale of a residential property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish, with clear communication at every stage. Alex responded to every enquiry we made in a timely manner, made us aware from the start any dates she would be unavailable and sent out all relevant paperwork when necessary so we could proceed with a quick sale. We found WGA to provide an excellent service in the selling and purchasing of our new home. Alex Lawrence was speedy, thorough, she picked up on issues with our purchase property which could have caused us serious problems down the line as there was an undisclosed shared ownership and supported us in navigating these.
