From initial contact to enquire about sale/purchase process/costs we had a prompt and informed response. All correspondence written emailed was clear and enabled us to supply the necessary info to progress the sale and purchase promptly. Our questions were always answered promptly and clearly. I recently used Alex at WGA for the sale of a residential property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish, with clear communication at every stage. Alex responded to every enquiry we made in a timely manner, made us aware from the start any dates she would be unavailable and sent out all relevant paperwork when necessary so we could proceed with a quick sale. My wife and I needed to update our wills as it had quite a few years since we made one. Over the years the family has grown and the wills were no longer what we wished. LGA were very helpful and after listening to what we wanted put new wills in place, it was a very easy process.

Bethany was very helpful, I find it a little difficult when we didn’t hear from her but once we explained I have a few problems she emailed or phoned us once a week even if nothing was happening which I find very helpful.

I had miscalculated the completion date and Jenna was superb in the way she reacted and managed to save me a potentially embarrassing situation. Second time of using WGA this year, this time for a property sale ( out of area). Cannot recommend Louise and her secretary, Sally, highly enough.
It was difficult at times the other side, not WGA, were not on the ball and dragging their heels.
Louise and Sally worked tirelessly, chasing and pushing this sale through.
