She returned to Alletsons to undertake her Training Contract and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2021. Lucy specialises in a wide range of private family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and cases involving domestic abuse (such as Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders). She also advises on Separation Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, and TOLATA claims. About Lucy Cook

Excellent legal advice
I had a lengthy child arrangement order and I couldn’t have done it without my solicitor. She was very helpful and understanding and guided me through the process so that it was as least stressful as it could be.

Friendly, Reassuring and Professional

No help or response when needed.
Following our initial "free" consultation, and an application for legal aid required, we were unable to converse and had no response to emails sent. Despite a Court date being sprung on us, still no help or advice was given. Extremely disappointed and now wish we had gone elsewhere! Will never use again.
