Outstanding Support and Personal Service
I recently bought a flat with the help of Boys & Maughan Solicitors, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. It was a particularly tricky and drawn-out sale, but their team handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
A huge thank you to Rachel and Cara, who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Their communication went above and beyond, I was always kept in the loop, and every question or concern I had was dealt with promptly and clearly.
What really stood out to me was how personal their approach was. I never felt like just another client, their kindness and attention made me feel like a valued human being, not just part of a transaction. That made a big difference during what could have been a very stressful time.
If you're looking for a solicitor who is not only skilled but truly supportive, I wholeheartedly recommend Boys & Maughan.

Selling My UK Property from Abroad
I was working and therefore living abroad when I decided to sell my long-term home in the UK.
Boys & Maughan had acted for me in previous matters and, based on my experience with them, I was confident in appointing them again. As things turned out, I am very glad that I did.
The sale became part of a chain and it transpired that there were several, quite complicated issues, relating to the title of the property and to the provision of the utilities. Managing a property from abroad is a time-consuming proposition and selling one with a complicated title even more so. However, my solicitor, Rachel Revell and her team, tackled each problem as they arose and solved them with the minimum of fuss, keeping all parties abreast of the progress. Although I suspect there were probably occasions when they wished that they had never heard of me, it never showed. They were totally professional and thoroughly competent and efficient throughout the somewhat lengthy process. Ms. Revell provided me with clear, written legal advice when necessary and she always answered my questions promptly and completely - I felt well-served throughout.
Based on my experience, I would recommend the legal services of Boys & Maughan and in particular those of Ms. Revell and her team without reservation.

Sale and purchase of properties
Both our sale and purchase were carried out very efficiently and in super fast time prior to the increase in stamp duty. We were kept informed at all stages and cannot express our thanks enough that we were able to secure our preferred moving date.

Purchase of our first home.
Our experience with Rachel was exceptional. We were always given very clear information regarding our first house purchase and were walked through everything step by step. Success
Conveyancy is not a simple affair as there are numerous matters that require clarification & confirmation.Additionally even a small chain can impact on procedures as the process of moving house is a very personal event. Given this the task must require not just a legal approach but patience &, I'm sure , tact. Boys & Maughan, & particularly Rachel Revell,have in our specific case ,been put under time pressure but have managed to process our sale at very short notice, for which we are very grateful.

Brilliant!
I've used Rachel twice now both selling and buying a property and she was fantastic both times! Always going above and beyond to help me and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Excellent Service 5 Stars Across the Board
