buying a Flat in Cornwall

My name is David [Partner is sabrina] We bought a fairly cheap flat in Bodmin, Cornwall, We did All the Necessary steps onboarding with "Finamply" mortgage advisors etc... which was a really good experience.. BUT now Me and Sabrina are now totally STUCK with a mortgage offer and CAN'T move forward because NOW after waiting and waiting weeks for "enquiries" they have now chucked it out [BACK TO THE BANK] because now it's come up now saying there are CONSIDERABLE "planned" MAJOR ROOF works expected ! and also the service Charge has now being considerably increased ! possibly affecting affordability meaning the mortgage offer maybe PULLED ! so NOW we are totally stuck in "LIMBO" while no straight answer emails are chucked back and forth mostly the emails contain the dreaded "HOWEVER" in them meaning difficulty to interpret weather our Mortgage is going to remain so now we are stuck on a "no fault section 21" in total limbo, not knowing where we stand !

feels like a death sentence tbh... and when y phone for update it "sorry we are still.... waiting... etc... please bear in mind this NOT a personal dig at the poeple who work so hard probably 30000 cases etc it's just so frustrating we need to wind back 30 years and remove all the bouncing of emails etc then maybe me and sabrina would have NOW a roof over our head...Now it's looking like the bank are going to PULL it ta very much
