The Conveyance was not entirely simple as the property was not on the Land Registry and over time various other solicitors who had the title deeds somehow got lost.
The team of Chris , Alistair and Joshua at Oliver & Co handled the work efficiently, and guided us through the sale process.
It was even more difficult as we lived Some distance away. We would recommend the company

Endlessly impressed by the efficiency, approachability, ease to contact and overall great experience dealing with the conveyancing team.
