Their policies of clarity, good and swift communication, and responsiveness to any concerns were evident throughout my experience. In the complicated process of recovering my assets from the Treasury, Amelia guided me from the beginning to the successful end, keeping me updated with a clear roadmap. Extremely Disappointed with Service from Oliver & Co Solicitors

We had an extremely disappointing experience with the new build department at Oliver & Co Solicitors. Despite their high service fees, which were supposed to reflect superior service, our experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

From the start, we provided all the required information and were left waiting with no progress. Our numerous emails and voicemails went unanswered until we escalated our concerns. Only then did we get a reply asking us to wait even longer.

After promptly paying the requested fee for searches, we were suddenly informed that the solicitor would no longer act for us. Attempts to reach out for clarification were ignored, and we were then told via email to find another solicitor, with a promise of a refund.

When we asked about the refund, we were told some searches had been done, but we have not heard back since. Despite repeated emails asking if there was anything further required from us, we were simply told to be patient and wait. This lack of communication and proper response is incredibly frustrating.

To anyone considering Oliver & Co Solicitors, be cautious. Our experience was marked by poor communication, irresponsible handling of our case, and a general lack of professionalism. We are left extremely disappointed.

The Conveyance was not entirely simple as the property was not on the Land Registry and over time various other solicitors who had the title deeds somehow got lost.
The team of Chris , Alistair and Joshua at Oliver & Co handled the work efficiently, and guided us through the sale process.
It was even more difficult as we lived Some distance away. We would recommend the company

Oliver & Co were brilliant dealing successfully with my personal accident claim following a broken ankle at Christmas. Endlessly impressed by the efficiency, approachability, ease to contact and overall great experience dealing with the conveyancing team.
