I have purchased and sold a number of properties over the years and cannot recommend the services of Roy Bridge and the team at Stephen Rimmer enough. Roy is hugely skilled and has always proven to be diligent, proactive, communicative and transparent in his fees. I will definitely be working with them again and have already recommended their services to friends and family.

Solid, dependable service
I was buying a property that was being sold under probate. One seller, one cash buyer. Nothing complicated and yet it took 5 months to complete from time of offer. Where the blockage was I cannot say. What I can say was that Roy Bridge of Stephen Rimmer LLP was professional and always responded promptly to my emails.
If I could suggest one thing…… it would be that a regular update on progress on matters would be helpful. The absence of this has made me award 4 out of 5.
However, In comparison to other solicitors/conveyancers that I have used in the past I would recommend Stephen Rimmer LLP.

A true asset to Stephen Rimmers
This was my first experience with solicitors and I can confidently say it was an absolute delight. I was recommended Roy, who was incredibly helpful, professional and caring.
