Outstanding Support – Once Again!

This is the second time we've worked with Leta and once again, she has been absolutely fantastic. Having helped us sell our London home previously, we knew we were in safe hands when it came to purchasing our new house.

From the moment I contacted Stephen Rimmer and the first steps to selling and buying of properties, I was pleased with the service I received. Joseph Sherriff was in touch when we needed and never got irked by my emailing asking questions.

Excellent experience

From the first person I spoke to in the reception team to Chelsea and not forgetting Clare, Chelsea's PA I felt that I was listen to. The jargon was kept at a minimum and was dealt in a promptly and time efficient manner. I would gladly recommend the services of the Eastbourne office without giving it a thought.

Throughout my property purchase process Rebecca was on the ball with all the relevant paperwork and constantly striving to get the process completed In a timely manner. My purchase ended up taking a year to complete but Rebecca remained in contact with me throughout, always updating me with any relevant news and consistently trying to push the process quicker through the completion of the relevant paperwork as soon as it was needed. I was buying a property that was being sold under probate. One seller, one cash buyer. Nothing complicated and yet it took 5 months to complete from time of offer. Where the blockage was I cannot say. What I can say was that Roy Bridge of Stephen Rimmer LLP was professional and always responded promptly to my emails.
If I could suggest one thing…… it would be that a regular update on progress on matters would be helpful. The absence of this has made me award 4 out of 5.
However, In comparison to other solicitors/conveyancers that I have used in the past I would recommend Stephen Rimmer LLP.

I recently bought a flat through Stephen Rimmer solicitors. It was at an auction so I needed an urgent pack review before I placed a bid. Jessica Russell was my contact and solicitor. I have to say she was absolutely amazing, always took my calls where should could and if not called me back that day. She gave wonderful insights and did a thorough deep dive with her team and found out that there were undisclosed works in the pipeline which would have cost me a further £20,000 which ultimately I managed to get off the cost of the property. Without her support and insights I would have significantly over paid. Well and truly worth the money I paid for sure. Her personal approach was brilliant and made the whole transaction so much smoother and palatable than it otherwise could have been. With such a great experience for a fair price I go back to her for my next purchase. I did not have much to do with the rest of the team but they were always polite and helpful which is all you can ask for. Jessica was the hero of the day for me. Very helpful and efficient firm. Reception quickly arranged a same-day appointment with Lewis Banks to be a witness for my tenancy deposit form. S. Rimmer LLP were engaged to complete the sale of an apartment after the solicitors I engaged initially failed to provide timely execution of their responsibilities, lacked diligence and without warning suddenly ceased operations. S. Rimmer were recommended (Emily Reed) and they took over the sales process after which everything went smoothly and within 4 weeks contracts were exchanged. They have been engaged again to sell another apartment.

Excellent client service.
