Conveyancing - 1st Time Buyers

Emily was absolutely amazing for us as first time buyers going through the conveyancing process for the first time - great communication and importantly for us quick and efficient work which allowed us to beat the stamp duty price rises. We also got great feedback from all other parties in the process, with everyone showing appreciation for Emily's speed and professionallism.

Emily Reed is the person you need for a smooth and stress free time buying or selling a house. She is very efficient and a good communicator which made the whole process easy from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. She is also really personable and you feel that your transaction really matters. In the last 6 months, sold my late mothers house- an emotional affair but handled with sensitivity and kindness. Also purchased a property in Devon for which I received a detailed buyers pack from Emily. A big thank-you!

After an absolutely hectic 10 months of buying a home, including switching to a different property! Noel and the team have been the most reliable, supportive, and genuinely kind people we’ve dealt with.

What a fantastic team! I’m so glad we had Noel by our side throughout this process.
