Eviction of tenants
I was super impressed with the excellent work and communication of both Miss Batsheba Seruya and Miss Kathryn Johnston who helped my client evict his tenants for non payment of rent. Both Miss Seruya and Miss Johnston were always available to take my calls and offer realistic advice on time lines to get these tenants out. Usually removing tenants takes 6 months from experience. These solicitors managed to do it in 4.5 months which is superfast! Thank you both for your excellent service.

A great service
I had a difficult situation with landlord of a flat I owned who was the local council.
Batsheba helped me to unlock the problem and lead it to a satisfactory conclusion.
She was very polite, efficient and always available for any questions I might have.
I would definitely use her services again as the matter in hand was dealt with quickly and efficiently!
