Rude and unable to follow instructions.
I specifically stated that NO documents were to be sent to my address to the solicitor AND the secretary (because following my partners death I had to be away) and family were checking my home and my mail for me and I had 100% guarantee that all documents would be by EMAIL ONLY. This was also written on my documents filled out by the solicitor. Not only DID they send the draft copy of my Will to my address but the letter was opened, causing me extreme stress (on top of my grieving) within my family. Also the solicitor found it necessary to use a SAD emoji face next to my name on the WILL Instruction Form. When I asked for an explanation, none was given, utterly insulting and unprofessional.
In my view, this solicitor (and he is showing the standard of this company with his actions) cannot follow customers requests and instructions and has NO principles or consideration to undertake this sort of job.

Rewriting my will & setting up LPAs for property and fiance & Health & Welfare
I was a little anxious upon setting out to achieve important legal matters but alletsons was there. I was reassured and they showed understanding. There was a relaxed and easy approached manner from Mr porter and the staff at your reception desk. They are aware of the huge legal knowledge which is being put at your disposal combined with great listening skills, patient and understanding.
