Friendly, helpful, informative and Efficient Service
My fellow executor and I cannot fault the excellent service we have received in the sale of our late mother's house. We gave instructions for the sale the week before Xmas and by the end of January, thanks to Mr. Odam and his team, our side was in a position to complete. However, because others further down the chain were unresponsive, it took another 2 months for the completion to take place after some prodding from our side.
We have previously instructed Mr. Odam for the sale of another of our properties and received the same exemplary service then so we would have not hesitation in recommending him and Bridge McFarland again.

Efficient and Professional
I would like to thank Bridge McFarland and particularly Jacob Odam for the efficient and professional way they handled my Mother's estate. Being abroad, added additional challenges, but they handled it perfectly. Highly recommend them for future requirements. Bravo. David Antcliffe

Excellent once again
We have dealt with many solicitors over the years and Jacob by far is the stand out! His knowledge is second to none, speed at undertaking the required tasks and the communication is always excellent. We've referred many people directly as a result and I expect he will be our conveyancer for as long as he'll have us.
Whenever we go into Bridge McFarland itself or deal with Karen, it's always a lovely experience. Everyone is very friendly and polite and somewhat different to what we have experienced in the past.

Conveyancing
The usual excellent service from Jacob Odam for conveyancing of our recent house purchase. Have moved house many times and Jacob has been brilliant on every occasion! Can’t recommend him highly enough. Will certainly be in contact again on our next house move!

Brilliant service from Jacob
Jacob was brilliant from start to finish on my recent house purchase. Efficient, attentive and clearly extremely knowledgable on his profession. He made a stressful process so much easier and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough for conveyancy!

First class service
Can't recommend Bridge McFarland.enough we certainly won't use anyone else our solicitors (Jacob) and all the team there are second to none in all they do

Outstanding
