I have nothing but praise for the way my divorce was handled by Luke Brown and Clare Plumley. They were both extremely efficient, patient and empathetic. Even though none of my communications with Luke were face-to-face I feel that we did manage to establish an effective working relationship to navigate through the complexities of a divorce. This was especially difficult for me as I was also caring for my late mother at the time and then consequently a bereavement. Luke and Clare were particularly supportive at this very difficult time. Clare was always a pleasure to deal with her and I did meet her several times to sign documents etc. Your reception staff at the Grimsby office were also efficient and personable. I also found Helen Wilkinson to be very professional in dealing with my will and my late Mum's probate.

I had the privilege of working with Jessica Chester on a very difficult family matter involving my daughter being placed in foster care. From the very beginning, she was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, understanding, and deeply respectful.

What stood out most was how she treated me—with dignity and without judgment. She never looked at me like a guilty person, and that meant more than I can express. She truly listened and understood my situation, and I always felt like she was fighting for me and my daughter with everything she had.

Her communication was clear and compassionate, and she helped me feel supported through one of the hardest times in my life. I am incredibly grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone going through a family legal issue.

I had Jessica chester family solicitor who dealt with my case i can honestly say after a stressful situation she and my barristor elonor shouthern went above and beyond i wasn't the easiest at times there patience and understanding was second to none everything they did was for mine and my child best intrests jess was firm but fair and always kept a honest open relationship with me throughout i did have a different firm before that i wasn't happy with and on advice and recommendation i chose Bridge mcfarland best desicion i made as today my final desicion came and i take it as a win i can't thankyou enough jess without you and elonor it wouldnt have been possible i can't recommend them any higher amazing also jess receptionist sue beaumont thankyou for your ongoing patience i am eternally thankful
