Friendly, helpful, informative and Efficient Service

My fellow executor and I cannot fault the excellent service we have received in the sale of our late mother's house. We gave instructions for the sale the week before Xmas and by the end of January, thanks to Mr. Odam and his team, our side was in a position to complete. However, because others further down the chain were unresponsive, it took another 2 months for the completion to take place after some prodding from our side.
We have previously instructed Mr. Odam for the sale of another of our properties and received the same exemplary service then so we would have not hesitation in recommending him and Bridge McFarland again.

Oliva Rocks was helpful and informative. We did not fully understand the process for completing Probate and she was able to reassure us and complete it the necessary steps needed .
One of the most important factors was the fact that Olivia updated us on a regular basis. We never had to chase her up for updates . She was very professional at all times and we would highly recommend her again .

There were hiccups caused by the buyers over zealous solicitors which proved to be unnecessary, annoying and delayed the sale of our property, Bridge McFarland were efficient, helpful, pleasant and professional at all times. Additional legal advice when sought was given. Very happy with the service provided and would use them again.

Excellent once again

We have dealt with many solicitors over the years and Jacob by far is the stand out! His knowledge is second to none, speed at undertaking the required tasks and the communication is always excellent. We've referred many people directly as a result and I expect he will be our conveyancer for as long as he'll have us.

Whenever we go into Bridge McFarland itself or deal with Karen, it's always a lovely experience. Everyone is very friendly and polite and somewhat different to what we have experienced in the past.
