Keighly helped oversee the process of buying a flat just before the stamp duty rise. Her quick responses and follow-ups to the seller's solicitors really helped the completion date be before the stamp duty tax rise. She coordinated running several things in parallel as we waited for the seller's solicitors to be able to exchange as soon as we could. Really recommend her services, it has been great!

A fab buying experience
We had been recommended Keighly by a friend, and I’m glad we found her.
Out buying process went on forever, a few lost houses and one last push before the SDLT rule changes, Keighly has done amazing job, stuck with us, guided throughout and has been an absolutely spot on and efficient.
Nothing was never too much of bother and always answered my questions promptly.
We couldn’t have done this without her.

smooth purchase of flat in London
We were purchasing a flat in London and aimed to do so quickly to avoid increases in SDLT. Keighly ensured we were able to meet this deadline. She consistently responded very quickly, explained all steps clearly, and kept pushing things along. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in London.

Incredible efficiency & communication
Was brilliant, thorough, communicative and fantastic at hitting a deadline for the sale. Never made me feel like I was chasing or that things wouldn't get done in time - I've heard a lot of horror stories about conveyancers being slow or needing to be reminded of things - Keighly was the complete opposite. Completely unfussed, unfazed and always in control. Impeccable service and perfect results!
