Thanks for everything keighly, without you in control of the chain the selling and purchasing of our house wouldn't have happened. Sometimes dealing with a solicitor can be very difficult. Not keighly, she goes above and beyond to keep you in the loop, replies so quickly to calls and emails, even when other solicitors in the chain aren't replying or doing there job she will make sure to keep chasing. Our move Simply wouldn't have happened without Keighly. Can't recommend her enough, and definitely will be using her again the future. Thanks again for everything.

I initially instructed a different firm of solicitors in leigh on sea where the service provided was extremely poor. Luckily I realised early enough and changed to BTMK solicitors and Joe Burns was dealing with my case. Joe is very professional and hard workig solicitor! From instruction to completion it took about 4 weeks and that included dealing with some complex issues on the way! Thank you very much!

Currently purchasing a house and the sellers are using these solicitors. Absolute joke from the beginning, delayed sending the initial paperwork to our solicitor, lied about when it was sent, slow to respond to queries and we've been waiting on them for 2 weeks now as everyone else is ready. It does not take 3 weeks to sort out an indemnity policy! No chance of exchanging this side of Christmas now as they close tomorrow and we'll be lucky if they even look at their emails today. Avoid!

Description

Many years ago, there were four leading law firms based in South Essex. Travell Horner, Bates & Partners, Twitchen & Musters, and finally Robinson & Kelly. The first two, Travell Horner and Bates & Partners merged and became Bates Travell, and then the other two superb law firms Twitchen & Musters and Robinson Kelly also came together to become Twitchen, Musters, Robinson & Kelly – which was a bit of a mouthful so they became TMK Solicitors in due course. These two exceptional legal practices continued until they decided to join forces and became the BTMK that we know and love today.
