Excellent conveyancing service
This is the second time in just over 12 months that we have used Merritts for conveyancing and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlotte and the team and would definitely use them again. From the initial quotation to completion the process was efficient and smooth. Merritts were very responsive and we felt we were kept well informed of progress throughout. Whilst we mostly communicated via email (which worked well for us) we did have a few calls with Charlotte and she was really friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Stress free conveyancing
Bought and sold through Merritts in Yarm, having sold and bought many times, this has been the most stress free of them all. Charlotte and the team supporting her have been brilliant. Efficient and quick, sorted out any little glitches without drama and was always cheery on the phone and in person. Great communication, I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone, if only more were like her!!

Excellent Service
Absolutely amazing experience with Charlotte. Really impressed with the efficiency throughout! From accepting the offer to completing was 80 days total, and Charlotte was great throughout. Kept me well informed and up to date.

Excellent Service
My solicitor Charlotte was fabulous from the start. She provided regular updates and let me know what was happening at each stage. Any questions, or queries I had were dealt with promptly. It was very easy to get in touch with Charlotte and all emails and calls were addressed directly and fast. An all round great service and very happy with the service I received. Thank you!
