10 Star service.

I used Rebecca twice now for the sale of 2 flats. Cannot recommend enough. Always prompt to reply and extremely helpful with all my basic questions as someone who not very savvy with how all this works.

This is the second time in just over 12 months that we have used Merritts for conveyancing and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlotte and the team and would definitely use them again. From the initial quotation to completion the process was efficient and smooth. Merritts were very responsive and we felt we were kept well informed of progress throughout. Whilst we mostly communicated via email (which worked well for us) we did have a few calls with Charlotte and she was really friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I can not praise these solicitors enough. I used them for selling my house. The two solicitors involved where Rebecca Trotter and Beth Dennis. They where absolute superstars. Communication was excellent. Every email sent was answered quickly. They are both asset to this firm.

Highly Recommend, myself and my husband have just used Alex to complete our house sale / move, we can’t thank Alex and his team enough. Everything from start to finish was great. On the day of completion we had a lot of stress due the solicitors on the other side, Alex went above and beyond to make sure we completed on that day even though it was cutting it very close. Once again we would just like to thank Alex & the rest of the team at Merritts for their support and their outstanding work. I would recommend Merritts to anyone who is looking to move / sell their house.

Five stars is not enough to rate our experience with Lucy Skelton at Merritts. She has been an amazing support to us dealing with our conveyancing. Very professional and always one step ahead of our buyers Solicitor. Lucy kept us informed of the process from start to finish and also explained things that we didn't understand.
