Charlotte Thomas is a Solicitor in our Harrogate office, specialising in both commercial and residential property. She joined Milners in June 2025, having worked in the Real Estate departments of Hammonds and DLA since qualification in 1996 and more recently in the Harrogate area. She is known for her calm, efficient approach and commitment to client care. Throughout her career Charlotte has gained experience across a wide range of property matters, both commercial and residential, acting for individuals, corporates, developers, funders and institutions. Charlotte has experience across a range of property matters, from helping individuals buy their first homes to advising businesses on commercial leases and property transactions. Her friendly, down-to-earth style ensures clients feel informed and supported throughout. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and taking long walks with her cocker spaniel, Arlo.
