Sale of Leasehold Property

Milners legal professionals did their best to make my selling experience as easy and straight forward as possible. Buying and selling property is a stressful time for most people, but once I'd completed all the necessary identity checks and paperwork, Milners took over and got the job done, and despite the usual hurdles, we completed on the agreed date.

John and his colleague Rachel were always extremely helpful throughout the process and always responsive & prompt to our many questions. The sheer volume of administration required for the process of moving home is remarkable and John and Rachel were always swift to help us along with it.

Thank you!

John Robson dealt with my purchase this year and was absolutely amazing! I don’t think there was a day when he didn’t work on my file. We were updated regularly and provided realistic turnaround times. I wanted to complete for the 31st - I don’t know how but John managed to achieve this. The fees were lower than other quotes we received. I would instruct John in the future for any conveyancing needs.

Sale and purchase

John and Milners have been amazing. We didn’t have an easy journey. We sold our house and then pulled out of two purchases following issues with what we were going for. This created additional work for John and his team. We eventually found our ‘forever home’. But again some complications with deeds etc but John worked his way through it all for us. Answering our endless queries via wattsapp as we had no phone coverage, but following up with comprehensive emails. He managed to get it all done before the dreaded stamp duty raise which saved us thousands. A very friendly local firm which provided us with an amazing service. We’ve already recommended Milners to a friend who is progressing well through their purchase. Thanks to John and the team.

John completed our conveyancing when we sold our property. It was never going to be simple as we live in Canada and secondly it was a listed building but throughout John has dealt with the whole process with total professionalism.

Communication & advise were on the ball even when I’m sure we drove him up the wall with our constant flow of emails and questions, but he got us there in the end

Thank you and would highly recommend

Milners helped my mother with the sale of her home and the purchase of her new home in Harrogate. Throughout the process, our contact, John Robson, was available for calls and responded promptly to emails with responses to all the questions we had. There was one occasion when our buyer's solicitor was holding up the whole process but we were able to overcome the hurdles through open and constructive communications aided by John and his colleagues.
