First house purchase!

Good service in what was a really busy time. Would recommend
It was busy time but I always felt that Donna had time to speak to me and returned my calls when I asked for a call back.
The advice I received was straight forward and easy to understand and any queries I raised were dealt with efficiently.

Overall very good. I would give 4.5 stars but no option to do that. I did feel I had to chase but this was also down to waiting for others to get back to you which you can’t control.

We are sorry to hear that you feel the process took longer than expected. While we always strive to progress transactions as efficiently as possible, some delays are unfortunately beyond our control. In this case, much of the delay was due to the buyers’ solicitors taking longer than usual to raise their initial enquiries. We are always looking at ways to improve our service, and take all feedback regarding communication on board.

Great Service, Understanding and communication throughout.
Donna and Steph were simply amazing in processing a sale and purchase in what was an extremely difficult situation for me personally.
There understanding of my own personal circumstances and excellent communication ensured all deadlines and requirements were met with as little stress as possible.
To use a well known advertising slogan.............. IF CARLSBERG DID CONVEYANCING!!!

Some good, some not so
Donna herself is lovely and sympathetic. However, very difficult to get hold of on the phone. Most things were dealt with thoroughly, but the searches, which would have been done in November weren't sentvto me until last week (March). One said the property I'm buying is high risk for flooding. Whilst I felt it was too late to pull out now, as we were just about to exchange, I would not have gone ahead with the purchase in November. One email I sent wasn't opened for 3 weeks.
