Outstanding Support for a First-Time Buyer

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Chanelle Rushforth from Levi Solicitors LLP. As a first-time buyer with no prior experience in the property market, I was understandably nervous and unsure of the process. However, Chanelle was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire journey.

Thanks to her clear guidance and her team’s efficiency, the transaction was completed smoothly and without issue. Chanelle always responded promptly to my questions and explained every step in a way I could understand. Her dedication and attention to detail gave me great confidence.

I am truly thankful for Chanelle and her team’s hard work, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable solicitor.

Efficient, regular communication, no jargon

Andrew and team were very helpful advising us on our house purchase as first time buyers. Communication was prompt and efficient and avoided the use of legal jargon. Nicole was always at the end of the phone if we had a “naive” question.

Incomplete case preparation. poorly prepared court hearing and unable to answer judge questions and calling me in panic in middle of court hearing asking for documents. they should have been prepared fully when attending court hearing.
continues to increase the rates every 6 months without any prior notice.

Excellent service for new house purchase

I used Levi Solicitors for a recent house purchase and they were fantastic.

I decided to use them based on a recommendation from a friend, which was itself based on a chain of recommendations.

The whole team were excellent. Clear, concise communications from everyone I dealt with - and rapid responses.

One aspect that really impressed me was that when my mortgage provider made an error, this created extra admin to do within a short timescale, as I needed to complete to meet the stamp duty holiday deadline and a condition set by the vendors. Levi Solicitors (Ashley) switched from the usual email comms to phone calls in order to keep up momentum, and kept a really close eye on the tasks that needed to be actioned, which allowed us to complete in time. They really went the extra mile here which both minimised cost and reduced stress, which I appreciated a lot.

A pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

We were thoroughly impressed with our experience working with Levi Solicitors, particularly with Ed Smith. His advice, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and from the very beginning, we felt completely reassured that we were in safe and capable hands.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Levi Solicitors—especially for anyone facing complex or challenging legal matters.

I would recommend Levi Solicitors to everyone.
They single handedly kept the chain in our house move alive when other Solicitors involved were clearly incompetent.

I will only use Levi's for all my legal requirements in future
