Lovely people but a lack of communication

Chanelle and her team were all lovely to speak to but throughout the conveyancing process there was a lack of communication.

The vendors solicitors were slow to send in protocol forms and answer our enquiries, taking several weeks. There were no updates from the team, nothing to say they were chasing the vendors solicitors. After I contacted the team, a quick chaser email was sent, they didn’t pick the phone up.

We were due to exchange contracts on 10 June but it didn’t happen, I only found out about a delay when I called in 3:30pm.

I had to call or email to find out what was going on.

Excellent Conveyancing as always

Nicole of Team Lancaster handled a long drawn out process very professionally. Levi's and we were ready to proceed through exchange and completion 6 weeks before we were finally able to exchange. In the 6 h property chain there was at least one player who continually delayed the process.

Extremely smooth

I have bought and sold a number of houses but this was by far the best experience so far. I’ve always struggled with getting solicitors that communicate progress but this was different. Will definitely use again. Infact, I already am.

A refreshing experience in the world of crooked solicitors!

I cannot recommend Ed Smith at Levi Solicitors highly enough. From our first interaction, Ed was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made a complex legal situation feel manageable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and keeping me informed every step of the way.

What really stood out was Ed’s dedication and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and with care. His communication was prompt and reassuring, and I always felt like my case was a priority.

Ed’s expertise gave me complete confidence, and thanks to his guidance, the process was far smoother than I expected.

During our initial conversation that wasn’t billed, I mentioned not wanting to sending over too many documents about the case to as to overwhelm him. Ed’s answer, “Overwhelm me”. That is the kind of service you want!

If you’re looking for someone who is not only brilliant at what they do but also genuinely cares about their clients, Ed Smith is the solicitor you want on your side.

The sharpest solicitor you will ever have on your side!

Zoreen Aziz is a force to be reckoned with. Her tenacity, razor-sharp attention to detail, and total command of the process were nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment she stepped in, Zoreen was organised, strategic, and completely on point—nothing slipped past her.

During our mediation, she didn’t just participate—she took control. Watching her expertly push back and keep the mediator in check was honestly a masterclass in advocacy. She handled every twist and turn with clarity, confidence, and composure, making it clear she was the most prepared person in the room.

Zoreen’s professionalism is matched only by her relentless drive to achieve the best outcome. If you want someone who will fight your corner with intelligence, precision, and fire, Zoreen is exactly who you need.

I’m incredibly grateful for everything she’s done!

Outstanding service from start to finish.

The first meeting with Ed Smith, me and my wife were nervous. But after the meeting, sheer relief. First class solicitor, knowledgeable, friendly. Felt he took all the troubles away. Can't thank Mr E Smith and all the Levi Staff who helped. You were all amazing.

We were thoroughly impressed with our experience working with Levi Solicitors, particularly with Ed Smith. His advice, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and from the very beginning, we felt completely reassured that we were in safe and capable hands.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Levi Solicitors—especially for anyone facing complex or challenging legal matters.

I would recommend Levi Solicitors to everyone.
They single handedly kept the chain in our house move alive when other Solicitors involved were clearly incompetent.

I will only use Levi's for all my legal requirements in future
