Our experience of using Stephen Rimmer has consistently been excellent. In selling and buying a property they were knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. They explained the processes simply and in a clear way and laid out expectations clearly too. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls and worked proactively to help us achieve what we wanted to. Their fees are competitive and they are transparent in all that they do. They took care of much of the admin and took away a lot of the stress that can come with buying and selling property.
They have good expertise in different types of property and a wide range of situations people may be in and offer good advice tailored to your individual needs.

Would recommend!
From the moment I contacted Stephen Rimmer and the first steps to selling and buying of properties, I was pleased with the service I received. Joseph Sherriff was in touch when we needed and never got irked by my emailing asking questions.
Even though he is only just starting out on his professional career and probably being mentored, I would have no hesitation in using Joe and Stephen Rimmer in the future.

Very capable help and support from start to finish
Buying a house is a very stressful process. I found the trick is to get professional advice and help! Joe was extremely helpful and supportive often responding to our queries and questions in a short period of time. He kept us updated throughout the process and made our house purchase run smoothly. I would rate Joe highly and also the support staff around Joe. I would definitely recommend Stephen Rimmer to support you with purchasing your home.

Flat purchase
Joseph Sheriff provided excellent guidance throughout the process. He was friendly and communicated well at every stage. When the initial sale fell through, he seamlessly transferred arrangements to the new property and as promised no additional costs were incurred. Joseph raised important issues with me and as a result I made a choice to change properties and in doing so saved money.
