Service was excellent from the beginning to the final completion. Its was a very odd case and lots of chasing needed with the HSBC - this was done efficiently and at no extra cost. Friendly helpful service!

WGA were outstanding from start to finish. Our house-buying process dragged on for a year through no fault of our own—one of the two properties even fell through twice. The excellent service from the Dereham office team turned a stressful and frustrating journey into a much smoother experience. Michaela was always helpful, responded quickly and never treated any request as too much trouble. Even when on holiday, her work was covered and her colleagues upheld the constant communication. The team also went the extra mile to expedite delivery of the final report for which we were extremely grateful. We would wholeheartedly recommend these solicitors to anyone seeking exceptional service.

A competitive quotation was received from WGA and accepted, the conveyancing was progressed in a timely manner. After the first purchasers could not complete the purchase a second buyer was found and the information initially sent was then used for this sale. I was concerned that the purchasers of my property were using an on line solicitor but this did not prove to be an issue. Completion was then archived in a timely manner.
