Excellent service from start to finish

The best
I genuinely cannot recommend Tom highly enough. From start to finish, he was responsive, proactive, and consistently one step ahead of other solicitors in the chain throughout the entire process. At every stage, I felt fully informed and supported — communication was clear, timely, and never left me chasing for updates.

Tom was fantastic, we would have been lost without him
We had a very complicated ground rent clause on our lease and the managing agents were also very poor with communication. It was a difficult sale with many flats in our development seeing their sales fall through. Tom navigated this difficult sale with excellence, he was always quick to respond and took the time to explain to us the nuances of the process and its challenges. We would highly recommend ADK law and Tom in particular.

Feedback for Tom
Tom has assisted us twice with purchasing a property and then recently selling our property. Tom has gone above and beyond as the sale of our house has had its difficulties with the chain, although Tom ensured that all enquiries and concerns were addressed and always kept us updated and continuously chased up any queries that we had. We would recommend him to anyone and if we were requiring a conveyor again we would use Tom in a heartbeat!

Exemplary Conveyancing Process
Tom Ellor at ADK law made buying our first house a walk in the park. My wife & I found ADK law online and greatly accepted us,helped with alot of proffesionalism. I found Tom Ellor to have clear understanding of how property law works and with a heart of help regardless of the issue on hand.
We had heard many stories of how buying property can be a nightmare particularly for a first home buyer . However this has not been the case for us. The process of purchasing property was extremly simple and stress-less in which we attribute to having a conveyancer being Tom Ellor at ADK law
We are particulaly impressed what we did not once have to chase up anything with their office. Paperwork was clearly marked and explained and received in a timely manner. All communications were done via email and phone. We expected that we had to take time off work to meet with Tom at some point to sign paperwork, this did not occur as he was on the ball at every step of the way and knew exactly what needed to be done in order for process to be completed as easily as possible. We feel extremely fortunate to have experienced people in the industry working for us to ensure the sale went through with minimal fuss.
We highly recommend ADK services and expertise to anyone who is the process of buying property.

Tom Ellor at ADK Law – absolutely brilliant
Found ADK after reading loads of good reviews online – honestly thought it might be too good to be true, but I’m so glad I went with them & the price was fair.
What should’ve been a straightforward chain turned into a mess, with constant curveballs up to the final hour! Pretty much everyone else involved (above and below us) was all over the place. Tom was the only one who knew what he was doing, and he managed the whole thing brilliantly despite dealing with incompetence from everyone else involved.
He was fast, clear, always kept us in the loop, and just totally on it which made our lives easier as we never needed to chase and had 100% trust Tom was doing everything he could to make it progress as quickly as he possibly could. He made the rest of the chain look like it was their first day on the job. In a stressful process, he was the calm and organised presence we needed.
I never write reviews, but this one was well deserved. Don’t hesitate to go with ADK, even if you aren't local to them, and if you can, ask for Tom.
