There are not enough superlatives in the english language to adequately describe how much I appreciate Sarah’s work on the sale of my studio flat.

Selling my apartment was a emotional rollercoaster that had been in progress for 18 months before i was finally in a position to enlist a solicitors firm to see through the sale.

It all started to feel slowly but surely more and more in control once Sarah was on the case.

A share to buy sale on the open market (staircasing to 100%) meant two other sets of solicitors to coordinate with and Sarah dealt really well with the intricacies of a complicated transaction and was extremely effective in communicating them to me (someone with zero prior experience of selling a property).

She helped me understand what was going on as the weeks went by by talking me through the key steps on the phone, calm and unhurried, as and when necessary and was always cheery, upbeat and organised (despite a huge overall workload to contend with).
