Janine was really good - despite many delays in the chain she was proactive when she needed to be, kept us up to date with developments and everything was very clear and well explained.

Friendly and efficient conveyancing service
Conveyancing needed to done to a set timescale and this was achieved with little fuss by paralegal Janine Sadler. After appointment I had no contact with the named solicitor but this was fine.
I would have rated the service at 5 out of 5 had it not been for two things:
The firm doesn’t not have a credit/debit card facility for making small payments on a client’s behalf (in my case a £3 payment to the local authority for a tree preservation order document).
I completed the online appointment document indicating that I would pay estate agent fees. Despite this the payment was made by Rudlings.
Neither of these were a particular problem and without them I’d have given the service 5 stars.
