I recently worked with a solicitor who was good, but not exceptional. They were responsive and provided the necessary information, but I felt that their approach lacked a bit of personal touch. While they handled my case competently, I expected a more proactive attitude and clearer communication at times. Overall, they got the job done.

Acceptable but could be better
The service was okay, I guess. Not bad but, definitely not great. Communication was a bit slow at times, and I had to chase them up for updates more than I would have liked. The process took a little longer than expected, but eventually, everything went through. There weren't any major problems, but also nothing that really stood out as exceptional. Overall, a fairly standard experience – not one I'd rave about, but not one I'd warn people away from either.

Sale of property

Teething Problems
There were a few teething problems, however once my concerns were swiftly addressed my experience greatly improved. I had good communication throughout, and the matter was dealt with in a professional manner. It was a shame that this was delayed initially but it was resolved in the end.

Take a chance
First time using this company , went with them because their reviews were excellent, I wasn’t disappointed. From start to finish a great experience, very professional company. Everything was done online .
An absolute pleasure and will definitely use them again . Also a lot ore reasonable than my local ones .
