Me and my partner are first time buyers, but have never had to worry about the stress of buying a house, wondering what the next steps are or how the process will work. Jacqueline has been amazing at keeping us updated, informing us about the next steps throughout and what we need to do.
You hear of people having to constantly chase their solicitors, but this wasn’t the case at all. And we have just completed in 3 months!!

Plain sailing from start to finish. Highly recommend Jaqueline!
Purchasing a property- something that can be a stressful experience for most, this was actually a pleasant experience for us thanks to J M Lewis and Co. We cannot recommend Jackie Byrd highly enough! Excellent customer service
An amazing service! Our house sale and purchase was handled with such care and attention to detail. Jacqueline Byrd was brilliant and so responsive. We had a roller-coaster of a journey with chains falling through, but Jackie was always there to support, going over and above to sort things out for us. In the end, we were dealing with John M Lewis for over a year - but do not have one single bad thing to say about them! Highly recommend!

Experience review
Jackie handled the purchase of our sale and I was extremely impressed by her.

Conveyancing
Jacqueline and team were great, helpful and kept me up to date.
However, the online form filling was awkward and inflexible. The explanatory notes often seemed as complicated as the topic being explained.

Sale of house
I would highly recommend John m Lewis for any legal services you may require. They were perfect throughout the transition of the sale of my house.
