An amazing service! Our house sale and purchase was handled with such care and attention to detail. Jacqueline Byrd was brilliant and so responsive. We had a roller-coaster of a journey with chains falling through, but Jackie was always there to support, going over and above to sort things out for us. In the end, we were dealing with John M Lewis for over a year - but do not have one single bad thing to say about them! Highly recommend!

I was assigned Kunal who was fantastic throughout my purchase. He helped me throughout the purchase and where I was a 1t time buyer he was knowledgeable and informative throughout. His assistant Trish was also very helpful and took my calls when Kunal was busy. If I was to provide any constuctive critism, the phoneline is quiet but the hold music is loud.

We used John M Lewis & Co Solicitors and found them to be very efficient and thorough in explaining the entire process. Although our original caseworker unfortunately left midway, Sanni stepped in seamlessly and ensured everything stayed on schedule — even managing to complete everything before the stamp duty deadline.
Despite being under extra pressure with a heavier workload, Sanni always responded promptly to my calls and emails. We explained that we were pushed for time, and he did his absolute best to accommodate us within our required timeframe. He was helpful, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending John M Lewis & Co Solicitors to all my friends and family. We’ll definitely be using them again for all our future conveyancing needs.

All I can say is WOW, thank you so much Jacqueline.
Me and my partner are first time buyers, but have never had to worry about the stress of buying a house, wondering what the next steps are or how the process will work. Jacqueline has been amazing at keeping us updated, informing us about the next steps throughout and what we need to do.
You hear of people having to constantly chase their solicitors, but this wasn’t the case at all. And we have just completed in 3 months!!
