Absolutely Incredible
Pardeep was amazing, we closed in 8 weeks, he was replying at 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Kept us up to date with everything and was just all around incredible

We chose Pardeep to deal with our Purchase. We were at the top of the chain with two parties below us. We instructed this firm in December after the Christmas holidays and we completed in March. Excellent Service
We've just complete on our house sale and purchase using Thomas Flavell and Sons. At all points in the process Pardeep let us know what was happening, who we were waiting for on the other side and if there was anything we needed to do. It was reassuring for us to know he was on top of things, being proactive rather than reactive. Pardeep and Estella provided an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and Thomas Flavell's in the future.

From the second day Pardeep took up our purchase, he has been phenomenal. The level of honesty, attention to detail, approach, support, communication, I could go on.. Have been of a standard all in the industry should hold themselves to. Along with Estella, they took every challenge in their stride, helped us over ever hurdle (of which there were A LOT) and we wouldn’t be in the position we are with our them. Could not recommend more highly!

The best service we could’ve hoped for
