I needed legal support on an employment matter. I chose Thomas Flavell partly based on their reviews, partly based on them being local, and partly based on interactions I had with them in the past when moving home.

From the initial contact I had with Sarah Toon to the detailed advice I received from Noel McNicholas - the service Thomas Flavell provided was the flawless. Professional, friendly, good value and efficient.

Further, they added extra value with helpful suggestions beyond the core issue we were dealing with.

We had an excellent conveyancing experience from TFS, led by Sarah and Harriet. They handled both our house sale and onward purchase. The sale was ready to exchange very quickly. The purchase was considerably more complex, but Sarah was great at chasing everything we were waiting for and keeping us updated. We had some detailed phone calls with her about the most challenging aspects and all our questions were answered thoroughly and in an easy to understand way. She helped us make some critical decisions and we were very grateful for the advice she gave us. Sarah's attention to detail was also excellent, especially when she picked up on a crucial detail that had been missed by our vendor's solicitor. At the end of the process Harriet did a great job of chasing through our completions and making sure we had all the final documents. Thoughout the process the communication was great - we always got replies quickly. The online portal and digital signing made things really easy as well.

We'd definitely recommend TFS for conveyancing and have been very happy with the support we've received. Thank you Sarah and Harriet!

I highly recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons for your personal legal requirements. My experience with them has been second to none, from the lady who greets you at reception to the prompt and efficient engagement with our solictor, everything was made to feel easy and simple, despite our requirements (from our perspective) appearing complicated.
Special mention to Jaspreet who really made us feel at ease and explained things in a very straigtforward manner, not making the mistake many other solicitors do, of bamboozling you with legal jargon!. Thank you Jaspreet.

Majority of work was completed via the online system. It was so easy to use and updates were immediately. The whole transaction was professional and very quick. Because we were selling a house as executor it was sold at auction and the team went above and beyond to meet the expected timeframe required.
