We had used TFS when buying our first property, and used them again for the selling of that property and buying of a new one. April and Izzy were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I liked how TFS have now gone electronic, although some documents were hard to find. Also, I think it could have been made clearer that money upfront was needed for the searches before they would do any more work. April would answer our questions thoroughly, and give best advice where appropriate. We would definitely recommend TFS, and will use their services again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback about the electronic process, we will look at how we can make the documents easier to find. With regards to the monies for the searches, we do state this in the initial client letter you would have received, but will certainly consider how this can be made clearer moving forward. We appreciate the feedback you have given, and will certainly follow up on it.
