Liked being able to complete the forms online
So far so good, we have only done the preliminary part though and I wait to see what happens once it reaches the buyer's solicitor, from experience with other firms this will be the bit where it stops unless we chase up

Great Service
Helpful, prompt and a great app. Sale fell through unfortunately but our costs were limited by the abortive pledge they offer. Will use again in the future.

Great Start to a Purchase
Overall we have had excellent service from Lyons Bowe.
Only criticism I have is that when using generic emails it is not always completely 100% clear what information is required when and from who when purchasing as a married couple in a Joint Ownership. For example, I completed all the required forms on the Ecos system within the App immediately without realising my wife had to complete the exact same forms which we found out 4-5 days later. This was as sorted quickly once it was made clear to us via a telecon with Holly who was our New Instruction Team Leader.

Disappointing experience
We had to pull off our offer after getting a very bad survey. Work of our solicitors was up until that point professional, although quite dry and detached. They never really gave us any advice or answered in a personal way any of our questions; they seemed to be reading a script. We've been waiting for weeks just to get an invoice for the services provided after pulling off our offer. Not a single word from our solicitor after that, not even to try to keep us as customers on any future attempts on purchasing a house.
They also sent us several emails asking us to leave a review of their services very early in the process, while there was still many things to be done. They haven't sent us now any of those links. I feel that they are trying to get unearned positive reviews early in the process to increase their score, which I think isn't ethical or shows the reality of their services.
Won't use their services again.
