The joint mirror wills were carried out quickly and efficiently. However after completion, we became aware, having spoken to others, that there were some additional clauses which we would have benefitted from including. We wish that these options had been suggested as possibilities and discussed with us at the outset.

Every thing was going great until it came to Trustees signing a bunch of documents. The accompanying letter was brief and to the point but it didn't explain what was required in sufficient detail. This caused confusion and delays. I felt the need to contact a senior manager.

Initially the speed and ease of contact was excellent. There were a few teething troubles with contact once the legal team were assigned but they were soon ironed out and from then on I had absolutely no complaints. Very frustrated with the service we received- you are not allocated 1 solicitor but instead passed across 3 different teams and get someone different replying to you every time. They have been very slow to respond to emails- even on the week of exchange which has made the whole process of buying our first property quite stressful.
