Wonderful service
This is the first time we have appointed Thomas Flavell to carry out Conveyancing on the sale of our property in Kent . From the very beginning Kim and her team were helpful, responsive and delightful to deal with .

Conveyancing Team - Excellent
Charlotte and the whole conveyancing team were brilliant from start to finish which made a sensitive transaction very smooth and appreciated. The communication was precise and well articulated and all questions were answered as and when any new information came in and likewise, we were kept up to date with any movements. I would recommend TFS for anyone that was thinking of choosing a solicitor firm, thank you, Charlotte, Chris, Frannie, Kim and the whole team who worked on our account.

Buying and selling through Thomas Flavell
Although the process was quite lengthy and at times frustrating, I cannot fault the service I received once Charlotte was in charge of my case. She kept me informed daily of developments and was helpful, approachable and supportive throughout. She managed to get things resolved speedily and helped me achieve my end goal.

Great service always well ahead of deadlines.
I have had a lot of experience of buying and selling properties where everything is left to the last minute. I appreciate the forward planning and efficiency of the team. Because I am not UK based I appreciate the use of online systems which are being used effectively. Friendly and efficient staff who are doing a really professional job.

Sale of bungalow

Highly recommended
Paige was so helpful throughout the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home, she made the whole process less stressful which is exactly what you need.
Paige was always on top of everything, updating promptly us without us needing to chase. Very friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Stellar service from Paige and Thomas Flavell.
At every step along the purchasing journey, Paige has been proactive, attentive, and patient. This is our first house purchase and we knew nothing about the various stages involved. We were so grateful to have such a knowledgeable and supportive legal professional on our side, throughout. Even though Paige handled everything, she still took the time to explain what was happening, and provide details of what was needed from our end. She really went above and beyond to make everything easy for us.
