Excellent professional service

I approached Thomas Flavell and Sons (recommended by a friend) after the solicitor I was using was closed down overnight! At reception I was treated with respect. I had an appointment with my new solicitor a week later, Vijay Singh. A breath of fresh air! He was very approachable and gave me good advice. I didn't feel intimidated at all. If you're looking for a solicitors firm, I would highly recommend Thomas Flavell and Sons.

Kelly and her colleagues, at Thomas Flavell and Sons, were absolutely amazing in handling our house sale. They always answered our enquiries promptly and with patience. They always returned our calls and email questions rapidly. All enquiries with other solicitors were dealt with efficiently and pretty much the same day. They showed great patience and professionalism with these other companies who were nowhere near as efficient and often responded only weekly and had on many occasions had to ask for a resend. Hiren and Shelley supported in our sale and purchase. We had a really stressful end to our purchase due to another solicitor (from elsewhere) in the chain, and Hiren and our estate agents worked hard to manage this in order to get our sale through. Majority of work was completed via the online system. It was so easy to use and updates were immediately. The whole transaction was professional and very quick.
