First class
First class work from Houldsworths and in particular Liz Pellymounter who chased down the other side on a stalled property purchase through to conclusion. Great to see someone who picks up the phone to deal with matters and not rely on endless emails back and forwards. We couldn't be happier with the service provided from the way phone calls were returned to cutting through legal issues. Second time we've used Houldsworths and we had a great experience both times. Thank you for getting us over the line.

Excellent Conveyancing Experience
Throughout the whole process everyone was very efficient and my emails were answered incredibly quickly. Liz Pellemounter had to work really hard to get over the line at the end, but she did it!

Would highly recommend
Liz Pelleymounter was an absolute diamond, she made the process almost stress free. Liz is very knowledgeable and professional, nothing was to much trouble and kept me up to speed every step of the way. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

I have used your service for my property purchases and it’s been very well informed and professional.
