Brilliant service!
We used Houldsworth’s on a recommendation for our house sale/purchase and I’m so glad we did! Emma and Caitlin were fantastic, as were the staff on reception, really helpful and friendly! The communication throughout was excellent, we was always kept updated. Emma went above and beyond when we had some issues. Would highly recommend and will defiantly use again! Thanks again

Throughout the whole process everyone was very efficient and my emails were answered incredibly quickly. Liz Pellemounter had to work really hard to get over the line at the end, but she did it!

Absolutely brilliant firm
We sold our house using Holdsworth solicitors and everything went so smoothly, we were kept informed all the way through the process and the cost was not extortionate we even asked could they push it through quickly as our buyers were talking about pulling out if it took a long time due to the stamp duty changes, the speed in which the sale went through was fantastic. All of the staff at Holdsworth's were friendly, helpful and always had smile's to greet you with. All in all what was a very stressful period of our lives, was made a lot more tolerable thanks to all the staff at this brilliant company. THANK YOU to you all.👏👏

Excellent service
I used Houldsworth Hall for the purchase of my new property and the sale of my old property.. On both occasions the overall service / communication received was 110%! Calls and emails were answered immediately and any issues arising were dealt with promptly. My solicitor kept me informed of the process and progress during the time.
I would highly recommend this firm and would most definitely use them again for any legal issues.
