Property Sale
We have previously used BTMK in 2020 for our property conveyancing requirements, when we were delighted with their service, communication and transparent fees.
Moving forwards to 2024, we naturally contacted BTMK to ask them for their services in relation to our property sale and we were once again very happy with their services.

Highly recommend
I had Kevin and his team including Danielle, Sophie & Sarah - I hope I haven't missed anyone - handle the conveyancing of my property sale.
My buyer's conveyancer tested our patience time and time again (putting it very nicely), but I couldn't be happier with the service I received from BTMK. They were easily contactable on the phone, replied to my emails within minutes or hours rather than days or weeks, and were happy to explain things to me when needed, or hear me out whinging about stuff I knew they could scarcely affect!
Really good communication and service throughout, which I think is all you can ask for when going through this process. But of course, they also moved quickly at every stage, dealing with the local council and whoever else.
In terms of price, BTMK were pretty much on par with a couple of other quotes from different firms. But, who knows whether or not I'd have received the same level of service from the others!
I would happily recommend this team to anyone.

Sale of Leasehold Flat / Purchase of Freehold House
Could not fault BTMK from start to end. they were not the cheapest quote i received (not a huge amount of difference), but offering a no-sale no-fee service was key to me. Selling a leasehold flat was not going to be easy and i had a sale had fall through 5 years ago - using a different solicitor - so i was keen to make sure i wasnt paying a whole fee if the sale fell through again. i firmly believe you get what you pay for with solicitors and the team were excellent. They were easily reachable by phone and email through a very challenging process. i was the middle part of a short chain but the people at either end proved difficult to deal with. i would definitely use BTMK again and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning to buy/sell.
Even dealing with my management company and freeholder, they managed to get the whole process of a sale and purchase through a lot quicker than anyone expected.
10/10 highly recommend them

Kevin's team were amazing
Kevin and his team acted for me in respect of the sale of my late father's house.
I was kept informed of the progress of the transaction on a regular basis by Danielle and Sophie ensured that the completion went smoothly. The whole transaction was stress free and I could not have asked for a better service. I would thoroughly recommend Kevin and his amazing team
