Good solicitor and fast progress
Gaines and Wilkinson has been recommended to me and I must say that I was impressed both with progress in my case and end result.
They have been professional and answered any questions that I had.
The only downside I can think of is that sometimes it may take longer (but not too long) to receive response but this is probably due to amount of work/customers they may have.

Sale of property
Gains and Wilkinson were swift and efficient with the sale of my property. I have always this conveyancing firm to buy and sell my property's to the point my family and friends have started to use this firm.

Easy property buying experience
I used Gaines & Wilkinsons as solicitors during the purchase of a rental property. Julia was very professional and kept me up to date with relevant information throughout the process. I would recommend them and would use them again in future should the need arise.

Additional borrowing plus help to buy redemption
Gaines and Wilkinson were very professional whilst remaining competitive with their fees and charges. Our solicitor was very helpful (Julia) and she listened to my frustrations over the Help To Buy scheme, which was really helpful and come up with a plan to achieve the result we needed, as timescales were squeezed due to the Christmas period.

Efficient and thorough - thank you!

Sale and Purchase of Properties
This was quite complex in relation to the Purchase of my Moms leasehold property, Julia dealt with it very efficiently and communicated with us throughout the process. Would definitely recommend using Gaines and Wilkinson.
