Have used G&W twice now and both times they have been really focused, sorted out any issues quickly and are very much behind the client in the sales/purchase process - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service through out it was difficult as this was a property I had rented out and did not live in the area and the buyers were coming from abroad it seemed straightforward at the beginning but the buyers became demanding towards the end

Julia and her colleagues always responded quickly to our emails, the documentation was clear and I would recommend Gaines & Wilkinson 100%. They were not the cheapest quote I received for the services I searched for, but they responded immediately by phone to my request and the initial summary information for what we wanted (a little complicated) was correct - 2 others obviously didn't read and quoted us for things we didn't ask for. Very happy overall with what we paid, and it lessened the stress of moving for us quite a lot. Thanks Julia & Co
Not sure if they have control over this but we found the online Gateway to be a little clunky and not completely intuitive - e.g. it would have been nice to be able to immediately download our forms in .pdf format at the end of filling them in. I did find them eventually though after a bit of a search!

The team at Gaines & Wilkinson were very helpful and detailed the process clearly. It’s sometimes difficult to communicate other than via email with them and calls we’re not returned after leaving by messages, however they still tended to respond promptly and in most cases the same or next day.

I used Gaines & Wilkinson for both my sale and purchase and found it quite an efficient process despite it been a stressful time…. On the occasions I needed help you could always pick up the phone or email and someone would get back to you with advice…. Overall it went well and would recommend Gaines & Wilkinson with your conveyancing needs
