I used PM Property Lawyers for the purchase of my house. At first I found them quite slow to respond to emails and I was also allocated a few different people. But Team Lancaster were really efficient and kept me updated. Emails were responded to in a timely manner and it took approximately 10 weeks to complete the purchase. On the day of completion everything was done by 11.30am which was surprising and all went through smoothly. Thank you PM Property Lawyers. Would I use them again, with the experience I had yes I would.

Slow, only moved when pushed, now pushing hard for a review
Took 16 weeks to complete and would have taken longer but started to call every other day!
We almost paid stamp duty because of them and it was a straightforward case, ie no chain and a buyer and seller desperate to get it done.
They advertised on there website paying an extra £500 to guarantee completion to anyone before the first of April I think they prioritised these people even though they tell me it works on date order which contradicts itself.
It is a stressful process anyway they made it more so, only went with them because they were cheaper than the rest.
Now they are chasing me for a reviews and the best I could go was not leave one but now they have asked for a third time I thought I would give them what they wanted!

In my experience a little too much weight is placed on the App & email, some customers prefer a proactive approach with use of the telephone to narrow down issues & respond quickly.
