Probate dispute resolution
When we found we were going round in circles trying to resolve a probate dispute and getting nowhere we asked Natasha for advice. We found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient but very approachable also. After taking a full history she gave us several options, guiding us through them. When we decided on a route Natasha did exactly as she said she would, keeping us informed, and it was not long before we got the outcome we had hoped for.

Excellent Service with Contract Dispute
I reached out to Natasha after I was having contract issues with a company. Right off the bat, Natasha could see what was wrong and explained my rights and steps forward. It took a long fight but we eventually got my money back. Natasha was always on the end of the phone and happy to explain things in simple terms to understand. I hope to not need her again, but definitely recommend.

I contacted GEPP solicitors regarding a problem I was having with my neighbour, I was given an appointment with Natasha Kelt, on arriving me and my partner were shown into a room, offered drinks then Natasha arrived, I was very surprised to find she was already well ahead with my case, already getting information, after an explanation from me of the problem Natasha explained all that was wrong, this was explained to me in layman’s terms so I fully understood. Then explained what she could do for me, I found this extremely helpful. Natasha went above and beyond what I expected, excellent communication, always available to answer questions, polite, and extremely knowledgeable.
We in life are very quick to criticise but I would like to say thank you to Natasha and to say how appreciated all your assistance has been for me.
Hopefully my problems are now solved with the assistance from Natasha, but if not I know she would be more than happy to help again, and yes I would definitely recommend Natasha to both friends and family.

Consumer Rights Dispute
I contacted Natasha after a well known brand ignored my rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
Natasha quickly grasped the key points, the law specifically around the dispute and approached the well known brand with the claim in a very timely fashion.
The well known brand immediately responded and we obtained a full refund of not only the cost of the appliance, but legal fees and out of pocket expenses. I would recommend Natasha to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

Recovery of monies owed and handled by Natasha Kelt
After trying to find a Solicitor to take on my case of recovering money owed to me by a local classic car company, I rang Gepps and was put in touch with Natasha Kelt. After a meeting with her and getting to talk to her, her professional approach to things I took her on to handle things.
Best thing I could have done. Natasha Kelt's professional and determination was first class, she managed things and kept me with my feet on the ground.

Incredible experience!!!!
I first approached Natasha after an overwhelming battle with a company about a CCJ I felt was wrongfully served. From the first moment Natasha was very honest and informative, she understood my needs and why I wanted the matter sorted quickly & smoothly. Natasha Kelt
I first contacted Gepps solicitors because they were in Chelmsford and near the courts . My problem being a tenant sueing me for the return of the deposit . I found this situation very stressful and unjust. When I spoke with Natasha she was very helpful very knowledgable and very understanding . Because of her manner I asked if she would defend me . She agreed and from that moment I got my life back. She wrote to the tenants explaining the situation and the outcome was they dropped the case. I will always be very grateful and would not hesitate to recommend her and of course Gepps for employing her.
