The Bakshi Dhanda Team at GEPP were recommended to us by our estate agent and we can understand why.

Bakshi and her team guided us through a very complicated sale particularly concerning a land issue. Whatever hurdles came up (and there were plenty), Bakshi over and again went the extra mile to find solutions. This in addition to all the other issues around the sale and purchase of the properties.
We all particularly looked forward to visiting the office, seeing Bakshi in person. She made us feel welcome and important clients, and was very very patient with us.
Other appointments were with members of her team who also could not have been kinder or more efficient.
We will certainly come to Bakshi again when and if we need legal support and have no hesitation in recommending her unconditionally.

Team would always respond to our emails within 2-3 working hours.

I filled out the online call back form one evening, by 10am the following day I received a call back to discuss my needs. With in 24 hours Farhad called me as a free 30min appointment to discus my needs further. 72 hours later we had a face to face meeting, and within 4 weeks everything was completed.
Farhad kept me fully up todate on Email, with a weekly phone calls to check in.
I can't praise Farhad or Gepps enough, I wouldn't even consider going else where for advice.

When we found we were going round in circles trying to resolve a probate dispute and getting nowhere we asked Natasha for advice. We found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient but very approachable also. After taking a full history she gave us several options, guiding us through them. When we decided on a route Natasha did exactly as she said she would, keeping us informed, and it was not long before we got the outcome we had hoped for.

I had a legal issue that required a criminal defence solicitor.
So as my family had always used GEPP, including property law, I knew that I could count on GEPP to provide the legal help that I needed.
The legal issue that I had was handled by Liz Bradshaw, whom I met with to discuss the details and nuances of the case against me.
Liz then decided on how to proceed and constructed my defence.
The advice from Liz was exceptional. And Liz is also very nice to meet with too. I instantly felt at ease, despite the serious legal problem that I had.
Millie Cook was my solicitor at Chelmsford Police station, where I attended a voluntary interview under caution.
When I met Millie at Chelmsford Police station, I immediately felt more confident, knowing that Millie was there to represent me. Millie briefed me as to how I needed to respond to the questions that I would be asked and what else to expect.
Millie handled my visit with the Police in a controlled, poised manner.
Two days after my voluntary interview at Chelmsford Police station, my case was officially closed, with no further action taken, which was a huge relief.
I would not have been able to navigate the legal issue that I had without GEPP.
Liz and Millie were incredible with how they dealt with my case. I will always be grateful for their help.

I reached out to Natasha after I was having contract issues with a company. Right off the bat, Natasha could see what was wrong and explained my rights and steps forward. It took a long fight but we eventually got my money back. Natasha was always on the end of the phone and happy to explain things in simple terms to understand. I cannot praise Katie J and her team enough for their help with our sale and purchase. Our buyer's solicitors seemed slow and unaware of many things they needed to do, which made us so thankful that we had Katie on top of everything.
