I had a simple straightforward conveyancing task which ADK completed as one would expect. But, the manner of the service, their understanding and advice when needed, enabled me to feel relaxed during what can be a stressful time. Also, their price was very fair.

Extremely quick and proactive

An optimal service
I and my co-owners appointed ADK to act for us in selling a freehold residential property. A straightforward task and one completed by ADK in timely fashion, without undue stress to us, and providing a constant source of information in a friendly manner whenever we had any uncertainties, at a very acceptable cost.

From day one everything as been perfect always answers email phone calls
And for me when I received email it was straight forward and easy to understand with out jargon, so yes I would 100% very good solicitors you can use with ease

Amazing!

JIT ( Just In Time) To Beat The Hike
William did a great job for me when the heat was on - I didn’t start buying the house until mid February and by the 3rd week in March all was completed.
