ADK law did the conveyancing for the sale of our house. We have bought and sold a couple of properties in the recent years and the amount of chasing I had to do was frustrating and stressful - I was sure that is a standard thing in working with all solicitors.
But we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was in this case. William Speakman is excellent: we were impressed by his professional attitude. I got prompt and detailed replies to my emails and all the stages of conveyancing were done on time, at a speed I hadn't seen before, without any effort from us to chase them. He made the process so easy for us. We absolutely recommend ADK Law, and thank William Speakman for his impressive work!

JIT ( Just In Time) To Beat The Hike
William did a great job for me when the heat was on - I didn’t start buying the house until mid February and by the 3rd week in March all was completed.

Outstanding
William speakman and his team were unbelievable, so different to our previous solicitor some years ago. He was very efficient and prompt always replying back in a timely manner. He was helpful and eager to advocate a quick seamless sale for us. We have now moved into our new house and will gladly recommend him and his team to others, we have already done so. If we need a solicitor again we know to soon ask for William’s team! Just for info we bought and sold - he was very efficient on both parts.

Excellent!
Used ADK for sale of a B2L leasehold property.
Took slightly longer to Complete due to the other Solicitors and Local Authority delays, but ADK - William in particular was Superb.
I did chase on a few occasions, but always had a near immediate response, which was a good thing.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will definitely use ADK and hopefully William Speakman again.

Purchase of home
ADK LAW Made my home purchase much easier. The price for their service is known from the beginning. The staff are great and very useful throughout the whole process. I would definitely use ADK LAW again and recommend them.
