My husband and I used Lee Hughes at Arnold Greenwood Solicitors for our conveyancing and were so impressed with him. It was a very busy time with the stamp duty holiday coming to a close, but Lee was accessible, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He pushed our sale through in 8 weeks. We can't recommend him enough.

First Time Buyer
I was a first time buyer and had Lee dealing with my house purchase. Lee was fantastic with his communication and responded promptly to any questions and queries I had, making me feel confident and reassured throughout the whole process. Friendly, approachable solicitors who give excellent service.
Throughout a very stressful house sale and purchase, Lee Hughes and Yvonne Breeze have been amazing. Everyone should have solicitors as good as Arnold Greenwood.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just being able to speak to them when needed, is enough to calm the nerves. Simply the best.

Straightforward Service

Sale of Property
Arnold Greenwood acted promptly and efficiently on correspondence from both me and the other party's solicitors. Any matters arising were fully discussed and explained and I was informed of progress. The fees were within a few pounds of the estimate.

Great Service & Great Value
