We had such a good experience working with Arnold Greenwood that I wanted to share the experience in a review for anyone else needing a solicitors. At the start of the process of purchasing a house we got in contact with Danielle from AG after a recommendation from Milne Moser estate agents. Even though they were busy she was always contactable via phone, or if she wasn't able to come to the phone we would get an email shortly after. This meant that we were never in doubt about what stage of the process we were at. Danielle was really pleasant to work with and we were happy with the level of detail the paperwork provided.

Danielle dealt with the sale of our property and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. We made it clear from the outset that we wanted to get everything concluded as quickly as possible and the speed at which she worked from then on was impressive and appreciated. Danielle was always available to take our calls, or called back within the same day when she was in meetings. Danielle always replied to our emails quickly, which in most cases was within a couple of hours. We can't recommend Danielle highly enough. On the day of completion Danielle was away from the office, but Danielle's Secretary took over and made a brilliant job in ensuring completion went smoothly A great team effort which is appreciated
