Thank you for intelligent and responsive legal advice
Noel McNicholas was very impressive in understanding what was required to reach a settlement in a family property matter that required sensitive handling. Sarah Workham and her trainee Harriet Lawson made light work of handling the conveyancing to the deadline. Overally completely satisfied, with the service which was clearly and reasonably costed. The speed of response was unusual in my experience and made a great difference to my confidence in the whole process. I would certainly recommend.

Settlement Agreement
Recently I was made redundant at my company and needed to sign a settlement agreement with a solicitor. I found TFS online, filled in a contact form on their website and received a call only a few minutes thereafter. We then made an appointment for the next day where Noel went over the settlement agreement with me point-by-point. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave good advice as well. The settlement agreement was then signed by all parties the same day. I was very happy with the service provided, how quickly everything was handled and would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic service
